My work at EPSILON focused on email campaigning and customer retention for the Darden Restaurant group. Primarily on Bahama Breeze and Yard House, with some work on Red Lobster and Olive Garden. One of the most interesting elements to this work was how we designed these emails – modular. They were designed to be able to move pieces-parts in and out, based on clients location, and buying habits. Interchangeable cartridges included graphics and HTML text.
