My primary focus at A&F was on email creation, for the adult flagship brand. This included product, promo, and club membership emails – as well as any special one-offs. Agility was paramount. Adjusting to sales, click-throughs, and various events (holidays, etc) was key – Always adjusting to the needs of the customer and brand.
